公司成立于2017年，總部位于福建省福州市，公司現為國家認定的高新技術企業、ISO質量/環境管理體系認證單位。在福建福州設有研發中心及產品制造中心，在江蘇昆山設有銷售中心、制造中心及倉儲中心，便利的水陸空交通，離昆山碼頭很近；同時在北京、上海、合肥設立分公司，在天津、濟南、成都、重慶、武漢、廣州、深圳等地設有銷售辦事處。公司的產品包括IO-Link連接方案，總線連接方案，閥島組，預制線纜接頭，通用型閥島，分線盒，線纜穿墻板，通訊面板，重載連接器。廣泛運用于自動化設備，工程機械，汽車制造，3C設備等。
